BRS Roofing Supply, a family-owned roofing supplier with locations in Atlanta and Norcross, Ga., sponsored the Balon Dividido Cup, a two-day soccer tournament that took place March 9-10 in Norcross, roughly 20 miles north of Atlanta proper. 

In a March 8 news release ahead of the event, BRS Roofing Supply said its sponsorship dovetails with the company’s commitment to community engagement and passion for soccer.

The supplier described the Balon Dividido Cup as a key community event that “bridges the gap between amateur and professional soccer players” and showcases a broad spectrum of talent and sportsmanship. 

The tournament format involved seven-on-seven matches, with 16 teams competing for the title; the total prize pool was $10,000. Details of the winners were not available.
