It appears anything happening expo-wise dealing with the building envelope is taking place in Las Vegas this year, including the National Association of Home Builders’ 2024 International Builders’ Show, Feb. 27-29 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

And, if the event involves construction, you will most likely find Cornerstone Building Brands in the mix with its various specialty brands. The 2024 show is no different, and Cornerstone is seeding excitement in its plan to showcase the ‘latest and greatest’ from all its business units.

A Cornerstone communications representative shared the company’s ethos in an email regarding its 2024 IBS appearance: “Everyone believes that staying ahead involves putting customers at the center of what they do; in short, they want to help customers build for what’s next.”

To that end, Cornerstone said it plans to lean heavily into the metals space at this year’s IBS, showcasing its Hypersteel and Simplisteel buildings.

“When Hypersteel cold-formed buildings arrived from Cornerstone Building Brands last fall, they were touted as having the fastest design and production timeline within the company’s building solutions portfolio,” wrote Angelica Babiera, a communications rep. for Cornerstone. “[Its] counterpart, Simplisteel rigid-frame buildings, offer end-users a metal building solution designed to bring passion projects to life while simplifying the metal building process.”

Babiera added that calling each a “…resounding hit out of the gate would be an understatement, with sales and early reviews exceeding expectations. Now, they’re poised to make waves in 2024.”

And, if you didn’t know before, now you know. It’s metal time at IBS.

The NAHB International Builders' Show is billed as the world's largest annual light construction show. Event producers said the 2023 show welcomed nearly 70,000 visitors from more than 100 countries. The annual event is a hub for new product launches, construction demos, thought leader sessions and more.
