Hytrol Conveyor Company recently announced the hire of Mohammad Naseem as controls engineering manager; he has 27 years of industry experience, serving in roles ranging from assembly, Lean manufacturing, quality, production, operations and project management.

In an October 11 news release, Hytrol said Naseem’s primary focus is to encourage and steer the trajectory of the Controls Engineering Team, with plans to focus on continuous growth and improvement, keeping the needs of Hytrol partners and end users at the forefront of everything they do. 

“I’m honored and excited to lead our Controls team,” Naseem said. “I hope to promote an innovative and high-energy workplace, empowering each member to do their utmost.”

Naseem has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Arizona. He also has certifications in project management, organizational change management, human resources, GMP, L&D, Lean and a Six Sigma Black Belt.
