Sara Leritte - Hytrol - Mug.jpegHytrol Conveyor Company, based in Jonesboro, Ark., announced the hire of Sara Leritte as its director of Strategic Planning, where she will focus on the long-term plans for the company, including communications strategy and interdepartmental collaboration. 

In a Sept. 13 news release, Hytrol said Leritte has seven years of strategic planning experience and 19 years in technology. She’s led teams from around the world, including Brazil, India and South East Asia.

In her new role, Leritte will. She will initially shepherd the strategic plan, then branch into communication strategy and collaboration between departments to track progress through metrics. 

“When I saw the camaraderie and close-knit work culture Hytrol has, I knew that was a company I wanted to be part of, Leritte said. “I look forward to working with each department to develop cohesive and measurable long-term goals.”

Leritte received her MBA from the University of Arkansas, where she had an opportunity to study abroad in India. She also has her Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute. 

“Sara’s efforts will have a positive impact on Hytrol’s future trajectory,” Phillip Poston, Hytrol’s chief development officer, said, “She brings the experience we need to build cohesion between departments and stakeholders, which will translate into action plans for the business to implement and execute.”

Leritte grew up in Bossier City, Louisiana. She and her husband are the proud owners of three dogs and one cat. She takes part in an educational non-profit for medieval reenactment. In her spare time, she anticipates working with her husband on the project house they have purchased to renovate. They also enjoy camping, kayaking and hiking.
