Long-time Kelly Roofing President Ken Kelly is retiring.  

Known as an industry innovator for implementing technology and exploring new products, the 2019 RC Residential Roofing Contractor of the Year is moving on after three decades of success. He reflects on why now is the right time, and what he hopes to do next in this exclusive conversation with RSP Group Publisher Jill Bloom.  

Kelly said he’s proudest of the loyal customer base built over the years, as well as the tight-knit group of employees that have grown along with the company. He believes they have a bright future ahead.  

“The company is running like a well-oiled machine,” Kelly said. “We have the right people in the right seats and now is a great time for me to allow the people that have been working with me for years to rise up and take this to the next level.”
